Hello,

I have a small Motel and would like to renovate an existing Motel room to be the main Motel lobby, entrance and to include staff offices.

Each contest entry should include two 3D perspectives (Lobby and building exterior). Should also include 2D pictures and drawings for the renovated building as detailed below.

See picture titled Entry 1. The main entrance to the lobby should be from the existing sidewalk area marked with 1 in red color.

the unit that will be used for motel lobby is #6126-1. It currently includes a kitchen. It should be cancelled.

Both bathrooms are required ( one for Ladies and another for gents) Bath tubs should be cancelled/removed from the design).

Following is my wishlist:

The Motel entrance should be in glass.

The grass area leading to the sidewalks in any direction can be extended in any direction to be part of the hotel lobby.

Lobby should have a beautiful front desk for two people. (Modern and minimalist approach is preferred, however, I would like to see plants and greenery in the area as well).

A small waiting area for customers should be included.

Enclosed gardens/patios (closed with glass) can be included with 2 or 3 round tables ((for customers if the wish to sit down and have coffee or tea)).

Coffee and Tea area can be included in one of the side patios/gardens. We can use it for customers free drinks. Small fridge to be included. ((Like a hotel club lounge - buffet table, newspaper , magazine rack, mobile charging stations)).

we need the following offices:

- One office for the Motel manager.
- Include a small conference table for 4-5 people.
- Reservation Staff room ( 5 cubicles) Open-space concept.
- Prayer Room.
- Staff Resting Area.

Also the most important thing is the Motel name sign Should be in a beautiful design that attracts customers ..
The motel name is RT Transient Housing. Logo is attached.
The building # should also be clear and big 6126-1.

I need one 3D perspective for the Lobby and entrance - the rest of the layout can be 2D or drawings.
I also need one 3D perspective for the main changes in exterior to show the glass entrance - Enclosed patios, expansion in directions/ seating areas for customers...etc.

I hope the required design is clear.
