We would like a redesign of our Specification sheet for the Solar Eye solar powered security brochure. This is a one page document and our original document is attached. GlobalPowerUSAspecsheetsolareye360.pdf.
We would like to make the spec sheet look more modern and use a green coloring as per the Globe Power USA corporate layouts.

This competition is for a 1 page document and designer should look to create a modern base template that we can use for the other products we sell.

We have a very high quality solar powered security system that I want to feature in a brochure.
All our products have one brochure/specification sheet that outlines the main features and dimensions. We would like to take our existing template and change it up to look more professional.

I need an effective, eye-catching flyer created for my product, designed to appeal specifically to middle-aged adults. The purpose of this flyer is to put the spotlight on our unique selling points - durability, innovative technology, and cost-effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a professional and engaging layout for a high-converting flyer.
- Emphasize, using creative illustrations and catchy phrases, the durability, cutting-edge technology, and cost-effectiveness of our product.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Expertise in graphic design and copywriting.
- Proven experience in designing marketing materials for middle-aged demographics.
- Strong understanding of consumer psychology and sales strategies.
- Proficiency in designing visually appealing flyers that effectively communicate product features.

I have attached 2 versions of the specification sheet. Note the dominant color will be a vibrant green. Color codes are: Green: RAL6037 White: RAL7021 Grey: RAL7024

Good morning. I added a new paragraph to clear what we require. We need a one page document showing a modern layout with green coloring and our Globe Power USA logo and Core Projects Energy logo. The template will be a base document that we can use for our other product specification sheets as well.
