one of our client need a design of TV cabinet
1- size 2800mm width X 2700mm height X 400mm depth
2- design should be in line with the attached mode image and respecting attached actual site photos
3- design should include wall mounted shelving "not cabinet just one long shelve" under the TV and on open shelving unit on the right side
4- we need wooden slates as per the mode and spot light as part of the design
5- keep the back ground for some areas so you harmonize existing textured paint with the new unit
6- around 50% of the existing back ground to be maintained without cladding and keeping original textured paint.
7- consider between 800mm to 1200mm of the ceiling to be part of your design and to have joinery works matching with the TV unites
8- design style "modern or contemporary"
9- required 2 renders of high resolution picture, plan, elevation and section
