We are a NEW global luxury cosmetic company seeking a "User Experience Designer" to optimize the form and function of our online site. Our main goal is to enhance the brand image while increasing website traffic and improving conversion rates. We have specific design preferences and brand guidelines that need to be followed, so please provide why you believe you are the creative talent that has experience organizing content & workflow. The User Experience Design will be implemented on both our website and future mobile apps, so experience in both platforms is ideal. We are open to discussing further details and suggestions.

The goal of this CONTEST is to find a team member that "fits" with our international team of creative talents. We have a mechanical webmaster & a (3D) & (2D) Graphic Artist plus Video or Still photographers. Our Mechanical Webmaster is very talented but needs direction for the creative objects to be placed & organized also our (2D) and (3D) Graphic Artist can create ALL of the collateral pieces but overall we need our potential customers to move through our site in a very fluid manner to keep their ultra short attention spans and keep them entertained or educated to collect our order.

I am the leader of the entire team and I will work with you to make certain we have a mutual understanding
The website has to effectively deal with many cultures too.

We won't have a App starting off but we will be using some of the Camera features to interact with the customer and our packaging will feature QR Codes to help get the consumers that have bought our products to register their retail purchases

English Speaking & Writing is a must for our internal production & good communication skills so we are wasting each-other's time

Our goal is to launch our 1st Website in July so we are able to visit prospective customers with our 1st new products. We are aiming to start our 1st production shipment.

      We don't require any graphic design, User Experience Design is the organization of the website. We have highly skilled Graphic Artist and a Highly skilled Webmaster. What we are seeking is a talented person that can help us organize our materials to help our webmaster build.
