I am working on a project that does video reviews for motorcycle performance parts, apparel, accessories etc. I need a 15 sec video intro with music and graphics done. I will add a voice over to it on my editing, so video should be able to be used in Sony Vegas editing software, and should be in 1080 24p format. Ideas for video illustrations include:

Footage of MotoGP racing or American Superbike Racing
Illustration of a moving Speedometer or Tachometer overlaying the video action
Point of view video from motorcycle going around a race track
A digital view of a superclass motorcycle parts that has a 360 degree rotation to it.

The video should have fast changes and imply action, motorcycle racing, and should be very attractive.

  225 $ USD is a good offer (at the least for the kind of entry I'm planing. original 3d work. character animation . 3d simulations (smoke.etc)) usually the designers use just templates from the web. I just create original work.

  I appreciate that. But not in the budget. This is a side project that I am putting money out from my own pocket for. I can do this animation myself but simply don't have time.
