  what about the roots of the tree? After a first study of the site&topography, I think that the major problem in the project is the fact that if we touch the roots of the tree it will fall (gum trees have very invasive roots, spreading several meters around). That's a really hard and challenging project, I love steep sites, but this tree makes everything very tricky and there isn't much we an do

  existing building can be demolished if necessary... The reason the prize is 260 is because its only 2D concept sketch to try and get the property conceptually sketched onto the extremely steep and un even land. - We do not want detailed plans, only sketches within the levels of the land
