I need a Design mockup for a Website Home Page layout. Based on the attached outline.

The design should have a clean, modern look appropriate for a professional Real Estate agency. Typography, imagery, and color theme should give off a sterile, contemporary feel, with a simplified user interface and a layout that is easy to navigate with curved dividers and light background pattern abstract, ultimately creating an ideal user experience for the end-user.

all submissions are "TELPLATE WEBSITE" none of the designs were made by myself, all screenshots of the website template were then submitted and strangely got a 5 star rating. What contest is this exactly?

I hope the contest holders are more thorough and add the requirement that the design must be made with Figma or XD if it is made with figma or XD then must share the design preview link.
