Hi I am looking for 24 unique emails to be written along with the specific date of when the email would be sent out and take those 24 emails and make them into a unique Article.
These emails are to be designed for real estate agents to send out to their past customers inside our email marketing platform to give their customers information on maintaining their home.
This is a link to example content I would like. You can use this as a reference but I will not except any duplicated content. The the email content must be unique and I must own all rights to the content. I want you to take all the email you wrote and make them into a single article that can be used on the real estate agents websites. The article should have similar word count as the article above.

Example of what I want. Each Email should be between 10 to 20 words.

Title: Time to Inspect, and possibly change out HVAC filters
Date to be sent 1-15-2018
Description: Hi (First Name) Many experts will say to change the filters monthly, but that’s not always necessary. For smaller families without pets or allergies, you’ll likely be okay changing the filters every 2-3 months. If the filter is dirty, change it out, otherwise inspect it again next month. I’ve also been told by handymen to go with cheaper filters and replace them more often versus going with the expensive filters.
