Hi, I am looking to create a clean, sleek, and sophisticated sushi bar logo. I want something mostly monochrome with a hint of colour that would reflect the name I am going with.
The name I have chosen is Yūgana Sushi, which means "graceful".
The menu would be based on mainly traditional omakase using Edomae fish preparation and a bit of fusion style.

I do hope someone can create me something unique and professional from scratch in a style similar to attached examples.

It must include a combination of:
1) A logo with a touch of colour
2) Japanese Calligraphy
3) Classic Font or modern font
4) Great composition
5) Japanese letter writing
