I am looking to have a video edited. I have one video (South Boston part 1)

I have a lot of B Roll to go through the video. Feel free to add more if you think there is a good place for it.

The idea of the video is to highlight the area and have me look as the expert. But need a lot of B Roll to keep the viewer engaged.

Below are my notes. Please add in your own ideas and improvements to improve it. Please also edit out the green screen. Something clean and not distracting is key.

Editor notes on Southie Video:
For the introduction:
Would be nice to have a pop up of my name, company and contact information.

22 - Seconds – Maybe a couple clips of the movies that are being talked about
45 Seconds + - B Roll of the town like restaurants, hotels, condos
1:08 – South Boston History short video that I included in folder.
1:53 – B Roll – would be great to have some red line train, beach clips
2:28 – Short Video included in folder that beaks up the 3 areas.
2:39 – The Seaport District – Show the map that outlines the Seaport District then lots of B Roll of the Seaport District. Would be great as we go into the Seaport District description to have a pop up that says “Seaport District”
3:37 – The map breaking down the three different areas again
3:55 – East Side banner to pop up. Show East Side B Footage (City Point/Telegraph Hill)
4:13 – West Side Banner pop up then West Side B Roll Footage
5:01 – List out the neighborhoods – Fort Point City Point, Telegraph Hill, Andrew Square, Seaport District, West Side Neighborhood
5:23 – Andrew Square Pop up – and then Andrew Square Map and then Andrew Square B Roll
6:18 – City Point Pop UP – Then City Point Map – Then City Point B Roll
6:48 – Telegraph Hill/Dorchester Heights Pop up – Telegraph Hill Map – Telegraph Hill B-Roll
7:10 – Seaport District – Seaport Pop Up - Map of Seaport Again – Seaport B Roll
7:48 – Fort Point – Fort Point Banner Pop Up – Fort Point Map – Fort Point B Roll
9:14 – Washington Village – “New Development – Washington Village” Banner – Washington Village Renderings as pictures
