I need formula for open office calc (excel), where can I manually set some prices.

Example: diference between prices 2,1 and 1,74 is 17 %. 2,1-17%=1,74

I need formula where open office calc finds values that are lower then 50% (difference betwen numbers) and raise so the value-diference will be 50 % or number I want.

If I want difference between number to be 50 %, then first number (2,1) must be 3,48, so diference between 3,48 and 1,74 is 50 %. 3,48-50%= 1,74
