Flyer for Changing Young Lives Fundraiser 2

"Survivor" themed (see link [url removed, login to view]) fundraiser/live auction hosted by BEAN International ([url removed, login to view]) and Spoilt ([url removed, login to view]) for the organization Changing Young Lives (contacts removed by admin) needs a marketing flyer and program for the event.

For creative inspiration, the event will be held on a beach/boardwalk venue at dusk. Please also look to the core mission of Changing Young Lives as outlined in their website ([url removed, login to view]) for inspiration. During the event, there will be an auction of different "experiences" ranging from water sports to fine dining. The logos of the three core sponsors, attached here, will need to be included in the flyer without looking to disjointed from the overall design. I will send you updated, high-resolution logo files shortly, but please use these as a design starter

Event details which will need to be included in the A1 sized flyer are as follows:

Dinner and Experience Auction - featuring special packages from Spoilt HK

Date: November 20, 2010

Time: 5pm cocktails & games, 7pm dinner

Location: Discovery Bay Beach & Zaks

How to get there: Take the DB ferry leaving from Central Pier 3 departing every half an hour

Ticket Price: HKD 750

We will need an 20x20 sized template format for a brochure/program for the event which should have the same look and feel of the flyer, but leaves room for text in the center of the page. The template should include the name "Survivor: Hong Kong" Experience Aucition" as well as the logos of all three organizations. Exact text TBD

All files will need to be sent in HTML format for emailing (with sliced graphics) and workable jpeg formats

We retain the right to make changes to the work and use it for commercial purposes.

FYI - Changing Young Lives is an organization which works with underprivledged youths in Hong Kong, giving them new experiences they otherwise would not have exposure to (e.g. drumming lessons, basketball coaching, free English classes, etc.) The team at CYL also works to refurbish schools in Qinghai, China, providing both structural improvements to the schools and teacher training programs and school supplies.
