Long Term Amazon PPC Management

Hi there,
We are looking for someone to have a long term relationship with managing our PPC for Amazon.
The Position:
Our goal with hiring for this position is to scale our ads to be both profitable and rank our product organically.
We’re looking for someone who is confident in our product and is in alignment with what we stand for. Our goal is to get to 1000 units a month in sales.
The Product:

It is a Christian product that says uplifting Bible verses when pressed. The purpose of the product is to help Christian’s get the word of God in their day, and motivate them in their faith.
We know this is a product the market wants, but we just need to get it in front of them.
We launched the product only about two weeks ago, and need the PPC professionally setup and managed. So, that is where someone like you comes in.

Expectations:
After reviewing your answers, if we think you are a good fit, we will reach back out to you and continue on to a video interview. After that, if hired, we will begin the onboarding process for you to start working on the team.
After you are hired you will begin the trial period, and depending on the results, we will take you on to work with us long term. The trial phase will last at least one month.
