XXX allows users to schedule collection and delivery of their laundry at a competitive price point. Users will create an account with geographical location and payment options saved to enable ease of use to schedule and purchase a one off service, or a monthly subscription option. Once an order has been placed a driver will be alerted to collect from the customer at the requested time. Laundry will then be cleaned with the driver collecting the laundry in the upcoming days for return to the customer at the scheduled time.
I am interested to look at phase one of the app which would focus solely on the customer facing side of the business, however as the business grows I am keen to work with a team that can build out the app to include more of the “in house” functionality such as offering collection and pick up times based on location and route management of drivers, tracking drivers and matching jobs with their location, tracking the laundry bags and where they are in the workflow, monitoring the number of loads delivered, creating daily delivery/collection schedule for drivers based on best possible routes etc
