Looking to find a partner to help a client build a mobile App and website. The basics of it are a craigsli-st type of site that allows users to post ads for vehicles to sell. This would include a description, pictures, possibly connection to a site such as carfax. There should be a database created for all the data needed to post ad. There should be a payment page to pay for the ad. Ability to add ads (banks, credit card, etc.) as necessary. Users should be able to search for vehicles locally as well as nationally, US based for now. Search should include vehicle (year, color, seats, doors, price, etc.) list will be finalized after further review. Ongoing will want SEO as well. Looking for someone with experience creating a site on the cloud (Amazon, etc.) as well as App's currently hosted on the Apple / Google stores. Please only apply if you have this experience. I don't have a budget yet just looking for an estimate for now.
