Wordpress website(repost)

Wordpress site to be designed and setting up. Three pages public No content needs to be posted. I will do this myself. I just need the infrastructure set up. I will provide the header , you have to design the pages which matches the theme and color of header i provide. 1 - Intro page. 2 - Downloads pages for music. Would like the option to have a 'pay for download' flash/mp3 player. 3 - Forum All public pages need to have a 'contact' script where they enter in their name, email address (twice to ensure accuracy of the website) and a comments block. Captcha. Emailed to user via cc and then also to email id i tell you. Three (+) Private Again, I will put in the content. I just need the infrastructure done. 1 - Introduction page. This page will be used to explain stuff. 2 - Gear page. I will set up links to gear my students need to purchase. 3 - Lesson pages. Each page will have downloadable content (mp4, mp3, pdf) and vimeo player. Each lesson entry will be user name tagged (protected). I should be able to copy this lesson page over and over again as I build lesson material. As you see i am reposting this project because i choose a coder here 4 days back and he can't do that now ,waisted 4 days of my time. ## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows?'? (depending on the nature?'? of the deliverables):

a)?'? For web sites or?'? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software?'? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
