- Able to create sub admin, reseller and customer account and they can login to manage their device without seeing other's

- Able to work more than a map (default Google map and able to switch to other online)

- Able to develop additional reports by ourself (prefer to use crystal report)

- Real time daily summary screen to show selected devices status (highlight status in different colors)

- Standard GPS Tracking software features must be in

(For example, snail tracking, geo-fencing setup and control, SOS, speeding, ignition cut, track play back, impact alert, odometer, mileage, idling time, start to end distance, and more)

- Fuel consumption report & chart, re-fuelling and receipt, Fuel drop report & chart

- Graphic dashboard to show current device's status

- Email alerts to authorized person (nice to have)

- Simple mobile dashboard and current position in map for IPhone, blackberry or Window mobile software (nice to have)

- Please recommend a fast and reliable hosting company where it can host this system (we will pay for it)

This is similar project like other posted at here so, for cost effective wise we expect those of you already have done similar software to bid. We need it to be completed in short period of time with quality work.
