Need a Asterisk Multi-Tenant iPBX solution

I need to have a script created or an open source script modified to be able to have one asterisk running many instances of an iPBX (Freepbx for example, or it can be any other iPBX script or a custom made one).

The basics needed for the iPBX are:

- Extensions

- Outgoing trunk

- Incoming DID

- IVR for greeting and to choose extensions

- Each extension VM

- Individual web access to each account

- And any other basic iPBX option

All these need to be run independantly of other accounts. So there can be two separate accounts with the same extensions for example, and each incoming call to be answered by different IVR depending on what account the incoming call went in to.
