To complete 4 x units layouts for marketing opposes consisting of a new 3 storey apartment block of 3 units. Freelancers must possess skills in architectural understanding. NON-ARCHITECTURAL DRAFTSMAN AND DESIGNERS SHOULD NOT BID. EXPERIENCE IN PHOTOSHOP ARCHITECTURAL FLOORPLANS LAYOUTS DRAFTING IS A NECESSITY. The following drawings will need to be completed;
- UNIT 1 FLOORPLAN
- UNIT 2 FLOORPLAN
- UNIT 3 FLOORPLAN
- UNIT 4 FLOORPLAN
- UNIT 2+3 COMBINED FLOORPLAN
An example set of marketing floorplans for a similar project will be sent for reference. The quality of the job needs to achieve the same level. –A set of construction documentation floorplans for this project are also attached. -All drawings in A3 size and completed using Autocad + Photoshop. .pdf, .dwg and .psd files to be provided. Payments will be processed over 3 stages with submission and review at each stage.
Stage 1 – 70% of full documentation completed 50% of the total cost
Stage 2 – 90% of full documentation completed 20% of the total cost
Stage 3 - 100% of full documentation completed 30% of the total cost
