Trying to design a beast like creature, but am really struggling with the proportions and design.

I have this image in my head of a creature I want to write a story about or to draw, but the proportions and the image in my head don’t seem to smoothly land on paper. I’m trying to get it to be a beast with some human like features in the face, especially the eyes where I want to convey the most emotion and the brows to convey expression. I have found no similar references online, so I’m at loss how to continue trying to draw this creature.

Basically what I need is someone to help me sketch the proportions, nothing fancy, no color, just the proportions. Thanks. The project budget is $23.

Note about project: The face of the creature is a combination of human and animal, I tried drawing something in between but it never matches the image in my head. It has large expressive brows, a straight or slightly hunched nose, it has emerald green eyes that I have attached some rough sketches of, it has massive long horns, it can convey not just human like emotions of fear and anger, but also sadness, joy, etc. a bit more to cartoon like but not to much. The body is not as hard to get down on paper but I’m bad at drawing animal legs, and the hunch I can’t get right ethier...if color is included it would be honey brown, and dark brown horns, I basically attached snippets of what I want and what I tried to do in the attachments.
