I am in need of a writer to help write content for our [Colorado Real Estate][1] site. Samples can be viewed at our [Louisville CO real estate][2] page, or our [Aurora Colorado real estate][3] page.
I will actually fill in the real estate information once the "filler content" is delivered. All I actually need is 200 to 400 words per article for the various cities we cover, and it doesn't need to be technical at all.
For the most part the content will be author's choice of two to four paragraphs about the below topics on any given city:
*History of the city (When founded, founder, etc)
*Description of location compared to nearest large city/cities
*Population statistics/Demographics
*Things to do/nearby attractions
*Large employers
*Description of terrain/reasons people like to live there
*Other tidbits author thinks worthy of mention
I would like to pay on a per-article basis, and articles need to pass copyscape and duplicate content tests. We have about 40 cities that have yet to be written about, and after that, we intend on adding other pages.
## Deliverables
1) Deliverables should be written to fit a template I will provide upon agreeing to work together.
2) Articles need to be original content and pass copyscape and duplicate content tests.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
