Create 5 processes which each contain 3 forms.
The first form will be typical registration, the second a manual screen by an internal resource (but recorded electronically) and the 3rd the 1st questions around compliance.
Solution Design
The application should be built in ASP.NET with a mysql backend. Each of the processes will be setup with an individual workflow which can contain up to 3 forms with 15 fields per form.
• A user should be able to stop and resume at will and all results constantly saved as the form is completed
• Local validation is required i.e. the email field should be a valid email, the ‘x’ field should only be 15 characters.
• Each form will have different fields from the others
• A concept of workflow should be created which links the forms together
• All form contents should be stored in the database
• The system should be robust and not allow any exploits

Internal staff
As a member of the resourcing team I am able to create a username and assign a workflow for the candidate. On creating those details and assigning that candidate to a workflow the candidate receives an email containing the url, username and a custom generated password.
When a candidate completes sections 1 & 3 an email is sent to a central mailbox. A member of the resourcing team can then login and view the output of section 1 and 3 and then are able to click section 2 where they are presented with a series of questions which they need to complete for the candidate.
On completion of section two and providing that sections 1 and 3 are complete an email is sent with all the details in a single attachment to a central email address. The candidates account should then be disabled.
Candidate
The candidate can then login to this site and start their online registration process, on the left hand side they are presented with 3 links, 1 to each of the forms. They are able to complete forms 1 and 3 in whichever order they like. Once they click ‘Finalise’ at the bottom their results can no longer be edited.
If a candidate clicks on Form 2 a simple message stating “A member of the resourcing team needs to go through this with you.” Is displayed, no further details are available.
On a candidate completing stages 1 & 3 an email is sent to a dedicated central mailbox.
