Very simple. Go to a website, login (supplied), pull data from list and assemble it into a spreadsheet as illustrated in the attached image.
4 data fields, 1385 entries.
Ignore duplicate email addresses and those without email addresses, which probably reduces the overall number by 10-15%.
Based on my doing 10 entries in 3 minutes, my guess is that this will take about 6 hours, but if you're quick, I think you could do it in 4 hours.
