Drupal 7 - LazyLoad Images and Serve them in WebP if Browser Supports It

For this project, I would like someone who is STRONG in PHP and HTML as I have a module in Drupal for LazyLoading images, but it breaks things. I'd rather have someone manually edit the php to add the tag quickly.
I also need the code edited to offer images in the WebP format for the browsers that offer it (I believe all your have to do is add the <picture> tag and include both the JPG and WebP, but make sure the WebP is listed first so the browser can use it if possible.
Google is only complaining about three images on the homepage, so this should be a pretty quick task.
