Add scrollbars to flash

We need two scrollbars to be added to our flash website. .fla file will be provided to you.

1) First scrollbar should be one where a user can scroll down the text.

2) Second one should be such that text is moving continuosly from bottom to top so that a user doesn't need to scroll the text manually. Also text for this scroll bar should be read from an external flat file or XML.
