I need someone to make this image into a Flash version with the cats scurrying across the bottom left hand side (as seen in the pic), and rollover actions (like when you rollover the signs on the right the left side looks more like the right side or the right looks more like the left, either or...) and a drop down nav menu. The image is already vector formated in Illustrator CS4 and I need the nav bar to be editable for future uses.
I also want a couple of rats crawling around on the roof of the house on the left.
Rolling over the sign changes both sides (the right will change the left and the left will change the right). I will inform you of what exactly changes when I award you the project.
I also would like to know what the difference in price will be if I subtract the drop-down navbar from the Flash image in the original quote; however, I need to know (code...) how to make the Flash image stay behind or not interfere with the navbar that I have created on my own. It will be a SpryMenuBarHorizontal. So, if you cannot help me with that... then the navbar will be included, but it needs to be editable.
Again, there will be rats and cats continually moving around as well.
