Need 3-4 Simple web templates similar in design to:
[url removed, login to view] most design changes are going to be CSS based and thus not time consuming
Need the logos from the bottom of the site at the top just under the banner lined up and spaced well to look presentable
Need all templates as both horizontal and vertical left hand menus
Need the telephone numbers and credit card logos in the header maybe make them look more impressive and fit better?
Need a space in the left of the header for the logos that are designed below.
Need a Logo Design and a Banner (Flash Preferred but a high quality JPG will be acceptable) for 7 different domain names where these 3-4 templates will be used the sites will be given to you on successful bid
This is a pretty easy job, would like delivery of all logos, designs and headers within 5 days ideally, logos and headers will need to be approved by us we want good style logos like the following examples

as well as your bids for the completed project I would like bids on the following in your comments, as there will be future work on this and other projects for the winning bidder,
Cost to Produce 1 logo and 1 banner for further sites
Cost to Produce 1 New template for future designs, I.e to add additional variety
Terms:
1. All FLAs for the banners, plus SWF of each banner
2. Copyright Free Images to be used or correctly purchased
3. Logos are to be delivered in Ai, PSD, Jpg, Trans Gif, PNG and Trans PNG as well as identical to [url removed, login to view] in the resources file for each of the logo
4. Full Copyright assigned to us
5. Rework until we are happy with banners and logos
6. Good quality work, taking into account sizes etc
7. Payment on Completion
8. Banner Size to be the same as banner at [url removed, login to view]
