I have a Lineage2 (popular mmorpg) website that's already sliced and designed.
What I need is a new logo or modification of the current one.
Current one looks like this:

I like it a lot, except that "O" the eagle is carrying makes no sense.
It says HQO, it should HQ.
Change the blue O into Q and make H match (so it says HQ).
Picture with the eagle is png so drawing/photoshopping is needed.
If you can make it animated (flash maybe?) that would be even bigger plus.
I need this done as quickly as possible. There is very little work involved so one day at max.
Please provide some reference to your existing work as "I can do this job for you" isn't enough.
