Parallax or Flash Website Design - Intro / Blog / Store / Forums

I am looking for a website designer for my new website. The designer would only be responsible for making the website, I have a graphics artist already and the images for the website. All the main images for the website are complete, you may have to do some minor image creation for icons and such. Also you must be skilled in photoshop as all the images I have had made need to be modified in photoshop. I am looking for a very professional clean layout with the following options:

Main intro page - I have a highly detailed image I want created into a Parallax or Flash intro page. Example PARALLAX intro page - [login to view URL] ... When you move your mouse, the image moves in layers.. Now I don't want all the features you see on this website, but I do want my image made into Parallax or Flash with a title - Footer - Menu Bar - and icons that are mouse over to lead you to other areas of the website. * Remember I already have the artwork, PSDs with all layers intact, I just need you to do the programming/slicing/intergration and minor graphics design

Main Website - This will have all the features of a gaming type website. It will need to have a blog, store, gallery, News Section, etc. Example of the others - [login to view URL] and its Store - [login to view URL] - Paypal integration

* Now I want the layout of the website to have a large image that is scrollable with the content in the middle, example - [login to view URL] <-- NO FLASH is needed.. Just look at how the image is very large and you can scroll down to other content. *Once again I will provide all artwork, you just need to do the programming.

4 Additional Intro pages will need to be completed. A single large image, made into parallax, with mouse over points on the image. When you mouse over, it will give you a description what you can click on.. When you click it opens a lightbox with the infomation and further images.

Full social network integration.. Facebook login for forums or blog, Professionally integrated Social Share buttons <-- custom buttons that I will make for this project. Integrate Twitter and Facebook into the site.

Now this is alot that is needed, but you can use existing CMS and programs. Wordpress is fine and Parallax coding is easy to come by. So when you bid, all I need is you to put it together, NO Major GRAPHICS work, no from scratch scripting... Reason I am saying this is that I am not a corporation. I cannot afford alot of money. If this cannot be done reasonably priced, then I will just do it myself.

Want everything done in html5 , very fast loaded, all browser friendly and size adjustment on zoom. Meta Tags, keywords, google analytics, etc..
