[login to view URL] Shows an example input file. It is a flat file, all records sorted by the key field (company).

Formatter2-variables.png. Shows the parameters to use to format the output. Key field is the field that is repeated in the child groupings. Input tab, output tab = self explanatory. Parent field and child fields are listed. Colors for headers and fonts are also variables.

These lists will always be sorted on the Key field. In this case, [company]. They can be large lists of 50,000 records. Since it is sorted, the processing can be a stream, no lookups, etc. Process parents, get children until the key value changes and start another parent record.
