Design a Banner

I have eight pictures I have uploaded from Shutterstock.

I would like to use 3 pictures in one slider at the top of this page were all the moving pictures are:

I would like to use 5 pictures as banners that will go at the top of this page were the group of people are here:

My concern with the slider pictures is that they blend in over the first gray background that comes up in the slider.

My concern with banner pictures is that they blend in on the white background.

Deadline for all completed concepts is 24 hours from now. I'd appreciate it if you can send them as you complete them so I can look them over while you are completing the rest of them.

Please provide the .ai file for the layer put on top of the pictures if possible.

Please provide the .psd files for the concepts.
