Concept Artist Needed!

We currently have a team together developing a PC game; however, we do not have a concept artist. You must be able to confidently draw (or use Photoshop) people, animals, static objects, scenery, and (possibly) some fantasy creatures. We want sketches and/or fully complete works (colored).
We are looking for 20-30 pieces of artwork in total and are willing to pay up to $200 for all work. All applicants must be able to read and write in clear English, as well as accurately follow directions. To weed out "mass-bidders" please place "art" in your public bid comments.
Additional details:
Most work will have more of a gothic and/or dark feel to it.
Some post-apocalyptic style work will be needed, but not much.
Please note that although we say $200 in the description this is negotiable depending on quality of work. Also, we are not looking for "cartoony" style works. Depending on quality freelancer will be hired for more jobs in the near future.
Just wanted to ask all artists please remain patient, in order to ensure that we are choosing the most qualified bidder we are waiting until Saturday (8/10/2013) to award this project. We have limited it down to two bids out of the 20 we have received so far, on Friday we will be contacting those we are considering to ensure that it meets your capabilities.
