I need 12 icons of 64x64 pixels for a website to graphicaly illustrate the state of a tool repair by a tool service center for there website:
1. tools to be picked up by our transport vehicule
2. tool received and waiting for repair cost to be estimated by repair person
3. the estimate is done waiting for customer to confirm or refuse it
4. The customer accepted, the part need to be ordered
5. The customer accepted, the part are ordered, waiting for part to be received.
6. The customer accepted, the part are in stock, the tool is being repaired.
7. The tool is repaired ready to be picked up by the customer.
8. The tool is repaired being delivered by our transport.
9. The job is closed the tool was repaired and received.
10. The job is closed the customer refused the estimate.

I need the photoshop, illutrator, and jpeg files. they need to have same kind of look and design type of course. and by looking at the 12 different icon we should guess where in the process we are.
