ATM Locator

Looking for someone to build a website which will allow users to locate the closest ATM using a geolocation API. Within the website I hope to have a comprehensive filter which allows users to filter their search for 24 hour accessibility, wheelchair accessibility, which bank, deposit sharing etc..

Currently I have a paper prototype of what I want the system to look like as well as the basic web pages.

What I need is to connect to the database as currently I have only managed to read to it but can't get it to write back. In total there will be about 120 entries for the database.

My whole project only consists of about 7 pages, these are a log in page, register page, simple home page with three options, find nearest ATM, enter location and browse all ATMs which will be a list of all ATMs for the specific region I plan on doing which has less then 120 ATMs. The other pages will be available to see in the attachments.

Use [url removed, login to view] as a webhost as it's free and I can't afford to pay for a decent one.

I would like this to then be converted to a mobile application using phonegap so I can put it up on the android app store. Hoping to use SQLlite for the databse and to connect to it using php.
