Below is a brief overview of a new website project seeking contract bids for initial development and launch.

Please read all of the information provided. It is written to assist potential developers in self-evaluating their own skill levels prior to bidding.

The programming language will be proposed by the developer with the understanding the project will not be completed in WordPress or similar platform with templates and modules. The design will be unique, stylish, intuitive, and secure.

The site at its core is an adult social interactive community allowing members to create their own content and connectivity with other like-minded individuals and groups.

Users must be able to create profiles, add content in public forums, search existing profiles and content, etc. Site administration must be able to screen and monitor this content.

A database back-end with specifics of the language and structure must be included in the bid.

The site is based out of Latin America necessitating both Spanish and English along with interactive mapping and menus containing geographical locations that do not all conform to a standardized postal code system.

Excellent SEO and social networking integration must be in place to maximize organic growth from member and administrative content as it is created.

The site will need to be optimized for computer and mobile use; cross-platform integration for devices, operating systems, and browsers. A comprehensive mobile site should be sufficient however an app would be preferable.

This overview is designed to provide the basic amount of information for a comprehensive initial bid that includes a realistic turn-time from initial design to post-testing implementation.
