Build an E-Commerce Website for Hearing Aids

We have not purchased the website nor hosting for the website. Let us know what you need and we’ll do it, unless you wish to take those steps with hosting through a company like 1&1. We need a simple logo created. We will purchase website and hosting upon choosing the “Freelancing” company. We want the website to also be compatible to cell phones, Google, etc. We plan on using this website as a landing page for Google Adwords / Shopping, etc. We would like to capture the contact info of those who have been on the website.
First, we will need between 10-15 pages created for the website (many similar or duplicated with different vendors). We would like a testimonial / review area including the ability for clients to leave a 5 star review with the ability to flag the comment and remove it in-case of derogatory wording by the commenter.
The main landing page will have the main hearing aid vendor logos along with the model pricing (example $599-$1990) allowing for the prospect to click on the vendor to head to a page with more information on the specific. Top of the page would be a phone number which would stay there
Hearing Aid Vendor / Model Pages: The link would lead to the specific vendor page which includes: Overall Comparison / Benefit chart indicating the differences between the different vendor models. Each vendor has roughly 3-6 different hearing aid models. Included on this type of page there would be the picture of each model. There would be 4-6 dropdown boxes: Color, Model Type, Battery Size, Additional Technology Options, etc. Finally a Purchase button and the text stating “Upload the Audiogram on the next page”. Again, under the pictures of the different models there is the comparison chart to easily let the prospective customer make an educated choice.
The purchase button would lead to a PayPal landing page for final payment of the shopping cart information. Also, we need to be able to have the Audiogram be uploaded by the purchaser.
