I need a new website. I already have a design, I just need you to build my personal website. I have created the GUI's for this website do there is no design that will need to be done. The website needs Stripe integration, live quistionnaire builder, a user portal, an admin portal for life site updates, should run on bluehost, site needs to be responsive and function on mobile. The admin should be able to create a questionnaire of hundreds lf questions in the admin portal and then the users should be able to sign in to their account and answer the questions. Then the user should be able to pay for the report of the questions answered. The user account should save all reports that the user answers. The admin portal should be able to search all users based on specified data points. The admin portal should also allow the admin to make live site updates anytime and also run reports on registered users. The site has should have a membership option for its users and the memebership should be able to be chsnged anytime. You must know PHP, Ajax, HTML 5, json, Apache, java, STRIPE integration, ecommerce, cloud hosting/migration, CSS etc. THIS IS NOT A WORDPRESS SITE. THIS IS A CUSTOM SITE BUILT FROM THE GROUND UP.
