I need the attached PDF header and footer mimicked in a Microsoft Word document. Basically, this will be the outline for all of my reports and the "About Us" in the header needs to be able to change depending on the report I am typing. I want to manually change the name of the document but need the footer/header design similar if not identical to the PDF. PLEASE, PLEASE, do not try and crop the header and make one big header IMAGE for this document with a text box overlay. I need this to be professional, not mickey mouse work.
