Hey, I need to develop PHP application for my client. The general idea of the website is lottery online. (There have to be an option to fill a basic lottery ticket thought the website, and calculate the winner in the final date (need's to be dynamic but for the example a week from the start date of the ticket creation) - every ticket costs money (the money has to transfer via Paypal) and the winning money has to transfer through Paypal too.
* We all ready have a logo and banner design
The website has include the following pages. The project includes a CMS to change every context/image/lottery ticket in the pages.
All of regular page should contain: login with username or password/ login through social networks (Facebook, twitter, google plus). Basic menu, slider image area (has to be controlled in the cms) + advertisement area.
1) Homepage - Tickets gallery, option to go to the next tickets (with a js slider) or to go back. "How it works" area (context + image + video), online lottery results area (lottery name, the winning numbers + date) + option to move to the next lottery results (js slider). online lottery news area (date + heading + text)

2) Play online - lotteries area (country flag, lottery name, jackpot, next draw, play button).

3) Play specific lottery game - image with the lottery name and country flag, time count till the draw closes. Option to fill 6 lines game, 12 lines, systematic, price table for the lottery game (when user chose 6 lines game for example the pricing should be change to the updated price). play button, footer - heading + links + buttons.
* When clicking on the play button the user will transfer to paypal checkout there he will buy the lottery ticket.
4) Results & info - table that displays all of the last lottery games with lottery name + date + winning numbers. footer - heading + links + buttons.
5) * User clicks on specific lottery result - text with drop down with the option to pick specific results of a sub country the user choose. (If user clicked on the arizona result lottery game he will transfer to a page with the option to choose from the games of arizona). Table of matching winnings - divisions + match + payout per winner.

6) Lottery blog - basic blog (can be created by wordpress).
7) Lottery news - last news that includes heading + image + text + see more link + linking page (1 of .... ) + footer - heading + links + buttons.
* The website includes: FAQ, How it works, about us, terms of use, privacy policy, site map, contact us pages.
8) My account: last lottery games to play (js slider), account info(balance).
The user dashboard should include: personal details, my lucky numbers, deposit,
messages, notifications, history.
Admin dashboard has to include user management & ticket management & deposit management (see who bought lottery ticket and in how much). In addition, the dashboard has to include full CMS.
I need superb web design + responsive coding.
*The back-end code should be contain comments.
