Interactive Website Design for Lead Generation

I'm in need of a talented UI/UX expert and web designer for my forthcoming project. The main focus is to create a captivating and interactive website that's going to appeal particularly to young adults (aged between 18-34 years). This design should not only be aesthetically pleasing, but should also be geared towards generating leads.

Key points to keep in mind are:

- The website should be designed with interactive and engaging animations, as this will likely increase our lead generation and click-through rates.

- The design should be clean and minimalistic. We're aiming for a modern, sleek look that's easy to navigate and will hold the attention of our target audience.
