I need a website designed and developed as per the following parameters, the website will be used for animal lovers to share there pets.
The website would be a social networking platform for pet lovers to find other pet lovers based on their proximity. They should create an account using their address, preferences (discussed later) and a picture and info about themselves. There will be two different types of account the account for the person with a pet and the account for the person who wants to use the pet.
The website must be in both Chinese and English.
Catalogue – the user should be able privately chat to other users through the website and that chatting app should use a translation system if necessary. The website will have testimonials and the users should be able to rate other users they have shared pets with.
The website would simply be an introductory website where other users can arrange to meet.
The network will be free at first then after it gathers a user base would charge an annual fee to create a I account whereby they can contact other users so I would like a developer who can change the website at the right time as part of the overall cost.
