Send Data Through URL

I need to pass data from a page through to a URL. Here is an example:

In this URL everything after the '?' is modifying what type of house are displayed on the site. I need the data passed to that site when a user clicks a button on my site:

Button is on this page:

[login to view URL]

In order to get data to diplay on that page you must fill out the form on this page:

[login to view URL]

I have done a similar project on this page:

[login to view URL]

If you go to that page and put in some search criteria it will pass it to that other site like I want. Attached is the HTML code used for that site.

The difference in this job is it will already have the data on the page that needs to be passed so there will not be anthing for the user to put in. All of the fields used in the form (URL above) are fields that match the other site exactly. So, basically the user is filling in those fields without actually knowing they are the same fields on the other site.

The easiest way to understand this job will be to go to this page and fill out the form:

Then go to this page and see all the different filter optoins available:

[login to view URL]

You will then see they are the same fields on both the different sites.
