Small Wordpress project that has different user/member permissions and custom webforms.
We are ok with both Wordpress or Drupal. It's up you to propose.
There is current dev site started on Wordpress.
The site should be able to be translated (it will be for Bulgarian users). It can be developed in English and the administration can be in English. Only the Bulgarian version will be used. Translation is not required, but translation files should be available, so we can translate it ourselves.
The site will have public and member area.
The purpose of the site is to present members with offers about cars and real estate and members to be able to submit their own offers.
There will be no payments done through the site.
User types:
- Admin
- Editor
Member types
- car interested (will not see estate offers)
- estate interested (will not see cars offers)
- interested in both cars and estate (will see both car and estate offers)
Membership should be approved by the Admin and no automatic registration should be available
Reset password should be available.
Members will not be able to see other members profiles.
Members will not be able to delete their accounts.
Public area will have the following pages:
- Homepage with slider (images)
- News (listing page with the latest news)
- About Us
- Contact us form
- - request membership form
Private
When users login depending on their member type they should be brought to the custom home page.

- Estate members to Estate listing page
- Users interested in both should be brought to custom home page that will have links to "Car listing" and "Estate listing"

No comments should be available for cars or estate listings.
All members should be able to submit car/estate to Admin.
Webform for submission:

- Image (user should be able to submit +1 image/file)
- Description (text area)
- Contact phone (if different)
On form submission site Admin should receive an email with: submission type, description, username and contact.
Other functionalities:
- option for newsletters to the member groups (only to car members, only to estate members or to all)
- option to import/export users to xls/csv or other similar formats.
Site design
Clean responsive design.
The main background can be white and other elements (buttons, footer) in the best case to be available for admin to change. Elements colour has not been decided and there no main colour chosen or preferred.
