1) make the form at [url removed, login to view] dynamic
2) make all links and fonts look like line 6
3) all forms should link to exhibits (attached)
4) all exhibits should be dynamic - fill out exhibits online and submit them via email as well as print them
exhibits a,b and c are mostly done, just need polishing
make emails sent to aisza at [url removed, login to view] for now, then change to the client after testing
Exhibit A - The lines need to be longer to give the user more space to write. When I printed the form, all of the data was cut off and I was unable to view it.
Exhibit B - the lines need to be longer to hold longer names. When I clicked on submit via email, all data cleared and I would have to re-type it to print it out.
Exhibit C just needs to be cleaned up a little, all the lines the same length, make it look a little nicer like the original.
5) All other exhibits (D-M) need to be added
6) main form at [url removed, login to view] must have links to submit via email as well as print out
7) main form - make "name of project" a fillable line so they can enter in the title
8) main form - make "loan officer...", "loan processor..." and "checklist updated..." make those fillable lines so they can enter custom data
9) main form - make the "recv'd" box next to all exhibits have the ability to add a checkmark or a fill dot to show it is complete after the form has been submitted via email.
