I am looking for hire someone who can draw/illustrate manga storyboards.

we will put your storyboard and turn it into animated video.
Here are some details:
-This project is ongoing basis and we will setup a milestone for each episodes.
-1 episode consists of approx. 30-35 frames.
-deliverable should be fully colored.
-We need you to put the dialogues(characters speaking) and storyline/ narrations in the illustration boxes/bubbles.
-Delivery format: psd and jpg file
-Use separate layers for person/dialogue bubbles/background, etc..
-frame size:1920x1080(16:9)/frame
-Storyline will be delivered in Japanese. Use translation app to your preferred language
-Lead time: 5days to 7 days per episode (negotiable or as we agreed on)
-Target price 80-100USD per episode.
-Payments could be arranged to be made per episode.
BEFORE FINAL DELIVERY, PLEASE MAKE SURE TO CHECK THE BELOW!
-Please make text/illustrations as a separate layer
-Please make sure all deliverables are editable without rasterisation(including text)
-How to make horizontal text vertical

-upload all illustrations as a separate file by frames. (eg, frame1 -> [login to view URL], frame2 -> [login to view URL] etc)
-When placing each section of the text in the illustration rectangles and bubbles, please just copy and paste each sections from the script as is without adding any break for a new line.
-fonts need to be 12pt
-we need you to install our specified font
