PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES-
-------------------
Create, maintain report and monitor plans and schedules for maintenance and expansion of sales streams for Our Company. These tasks are to cover all three of Golden Contact's departments, Software (Including Web and Design), Hardware, and Consultancy.
In regards to Hardware these tasks are including but not limited to the maintenance of online accounts such as ebay, ebid, amazon, [url removed, login to view] including effective and regular promotion of products and services. Maintenance of sales focused components of website as described.
Maintenance of CRM software, accounts, contacts, leads opportunities and reporting and advising upon strategies. Responsibility for quality and timings of work of other members of the team.
In regards to Software (Including Web and Design) these tasks are including but not limited to the maintenance of online accounts such as [url removed, login to view], [url removed, login to view], [url removed, login to view], [url removed, login to view], including effective and regular application to positions, and effective conversion of bids to closed sales.
Learning and Understanding all products and services offered by GC and being able to relay this for clients and customers. Make sure all leads are followed up and take responsibility for increasing streams of sales leads further than CRM.
Further tasks include monitoring and taking responsibility for the quality and effectiveness/timings of work produced by less senior sales team members, and also that of contractors or companies brought in to perform marketing functions on contract.
OTHER HELPFUL TASKS TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED -
