Spanish speaking linkbuilder

I am looking for a spanish speaking Linkbuilder. The project will be for long term when i am satisvied. I have multiple websites where i need linkbuilding for and there will be a lot more to come. The sites will be spanish sites so spanish native speaker is mandetory.
We are going to start of with 10 hours and when i am satisvied there will be more to come. For the first 10 hours i want to have an report of what you did every 5 hours. This way i can look how you are doing and what kind of links you give me.
I am not looking for these standard packages. So no blog comments, forum post, social media , and other cheap links.
The linkbuilder i hire must have a lot of experiece and should show me a plan how he is going to work. I also want to see links he previous did so i can take a look at the quality.
DO NOT BID WITH STANDARD PACKAGES... IF YOU DO I WILL NEVER HIRE YOU FOR MY OTHER PROJECTS TO!!
So spanish speaking and high quality links only.
