expense manager for android

We have simple expense manager software using SQlite DB. It saves the expense info i.e. ID, Date , Value, Description, receipt photo taken from the cam) and category. Need to add following functionality to it.

On the device ..

1. Create user login process in the mobile app.

2. On Sync call webservice to send/ receive data to & from the web DB ( mySQL) & also upload the image to the server. DB on the device has to be modified to enable the sync operation i.e add new field for sync flags.

Server Side

1. Web service to sync data from the web DB (mysql) based on the userID & item ID.

2. save the image to a specified folder (which would have the name of UserID

Once you place the bid we will provide you with the source of the expense manager, sample android source for uploading file to a web server & server side php script to save the file on the server.
