I want to build a desktop application to communicate Windows PC (Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10) and Bluetooth low energy device. The code is currently written in Java. The developer must be able to read the code and convert it into C++. The features which are implemented in Java must be implemented in C++. A link to the Java application is as follows "[login to view URL]". This project is a proof of concept and successful candidates will be recommended for bigger projects in the future.
