the main purpose is this I will create a framework by using the WebDAV which is an extension of the HTTP protocol which will allow the user to change or edit his data on the server from the remote place this frame it will be possible to collaborate between users with the functionality of Locking, unlocking and versioning. User will also be able to download, copy and move his data within the server.

2. Lock and unlock the user or Resources

3. Move file within the server or another place

4. Authorizing the user

6. User will able to edit the data from remote places

7. Integration with Web Services
